Katepan

Captain or The Captain is derived from the greek word katepánō (Greek: κατεπάνω, lit. "[the one] placed at the top", or " the topmost") which was a senior Byzantine military rank and office. The army rank of captain (from the French capitaine) is a comissioned officer rank historically corresponding to command of a company of soldiers.

Politikin Zabavnik  is a popular magazine in Serbia, published by Politika Newspapers. The first issue came out on 28 February 1939. In the beginning it was printed in the form of newspaper, and issued biweekly, on Tuesdays and Fridays. Nowadays it comes out weekly on Fridays. One third of the magazine is comics, while the other two thirds contain articles about science, nature, history, literature, music, interesting events, written to appeal to the broadest audiences.
